Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing to help accelerate that growth and build the brand for the long term. As a critical hire for Uni, this role is the connective tissue of our marketing organization: unlocking and connecting our full 360° marketing engine across digital, social commerce, influencer, and affiliate while protecting and building Uni's unique brand DNA across every channel and touchpoint.

This role leads cross-functionally to align PR, experiential, social, influencer, digital, and retail marketing around one brand story and one growth agenda. Key Responsibilities
Integrated Strategy & Campaign Leadership
• Partner with the CMO to create and drive the integrated marketing strategy connecting PR, experiential, brand advertising, social commerce, influencer, affiliate, digital, and retail into a unified growth engine
• Lead end-to-end 360° campaign development from brief through post-launch analysis; own the marketing calendar across launches, campaigns, and key retail moments
• Translate brand and product strategies into breakthrough creative platforms and campaign narratives that drive both brand love and measurable business impact
• Serve as the cross-functional integrator — aligning social, influencer, digital, and retail marketing teams around shared objectives without owning their channels
Brand Positioning & Creative
• Protect and build Uni's unique brand positioning — ensuring a consistent, distinctive voice, aesthetic, and identity are upheld across all channels, partners, and markets
• Act as the organization's creative thought-starter — generating disruptive, culturally relevant ideas and leading integrated briefing processes that inspire great work from agencies and internal teams
• Develop scalable launch frameworks and playbooks that sharpen Uni's speed-to market and strengthen campaign capabilities as the brand scales
PR & Communications
• Own Uni's PR strategy and media relations, working with agencies globally across beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and sustainability press
• Lead all press materials, brand narratives, and story angles that reinforce Uni's blue beauty mission and brand positioning
Experiential & Brand Activations
• Develop and execute Uni's experiential strategy — from press and influencer moments to consumer activations and retailer events with Ulta Beauty, Mecca, and Space NK
• Ensure every brand experience is on-brand, creatively strong, and built to generate organic reach and cultural conversation
Partnership Marketing & Go-to-Market
• Identify and execute strategic brand partnerships and collaborations that amplify Uni's positioning, extend reach to new audiences, and drive growth
• Own go-to-market planning for product launches and campaigns — coordinating across social, influencer, PR, digital, and retail to develop, pitch, and activate 360° campaigns internally and externally
Analytics & Measurement
• Build a measurement framework across PR, experiential, partnerships, and integrated campaigns; partner cross-functionally to develop a marketing dashboard with clear KPIs tied to brand and growth goals
• Leverage consumer insights, performance data, and cultural trends to continuously sharpen strategy and optimize investment across the full marketing mix
Qualifications
• 6-8+ years in integrated or brand marketing — beauty, wellness, lifestyle, fashion, or premium consumer goods strongly preferred
• Proven track record leading 360° campaigns that connect PR, experiential, partnerships, and cross-channel marketing into one cohesive brand story with demonstrated commercial impact
• Deep fluency across digital, social commerce, influencer, and affiliate marketing — understands how each lever connects and how to unlock them together
• Strong PR background with existing media relationships in beauty or lifestyle; experience managing PR, creative, and experiential agencies
• Experience owning go-to-market strategy and brand partnership marketing end-to end, including building scalable launch frameworks
• Exceptional cross-functional leader — aligns and mobilizes teams without direct authority; strong executive communication and presentation skills
